6. Quotes and Proposals
Where CoLab Works provides a quotation or proposal, that document will set out the applicable scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and assumptions.
Unless otherwise stated:
A quotation is valid only for the period specified in it
Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately
Third-party costs may be excluded
Project timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, content and access
A project does not begin until the applicable acceptance and payment requirements have been satisfied
A quotation does not constitute an obligation to proceed until accepted in accordance with the applicable proposal or agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing information, content, approvals, access and feedback reasonably required to deliver the agreed work.
Clients must ensure that materials supplied to CoLab Works do not infringe the rights of third parties.

Fonts
Logos
Software
Data
Copyrighted material
Third-party licences
The client remains responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions and licences for materials supplied by the client.
8. Third-Party Services
Digital projects may depend on third-party platforms, services or infrastructure.

Domain registrars
WordPress
Elementor
Google
Meta
Advertising platforms
Analytics platforms
Payment providers

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CoLab Works retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, frameworks, processes, reusable components, code libraries, templates, tools and know-how.
Client-specific deliverables and intellectual property will be dealt with in the applicable proposal, statement of work or service agreement.
Payment of project fees does not automatically transfer ownership of CoLab Works’ pre-existing tools, systems, frameworks or reusable technology.
Third-party software, fonts, plugins, themes, APIs and other licensed material remain subject to their respective licence terms.
10. Client Content
The client retains ownership of content and materials supplied to CoLab Works unless otherwise agreed.
By providing content to CoLab Works for use in a project, the client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions and licences to use that material.
The client grants CoLab Works the permission necessary to use supplied material for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
11. Portfolio and Case Studies
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CoLab Works may identify completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
This may include:
Project screenshots
Website links
Brand identities
General project descriptions
Client names or logos
Where a project is confidential, subject to a non-disclosure agreement or otherwise expressly excluded from portfolio use, we will respect the applicable restriction.
12. Performance and Results
CoLab Works designs and develops digital systems, websites, campaigns and brands with performance and measurable outcomes in mind.
However, no agency can guarantee specific:

Website traffic
Advertising results
Lead volumes
Conversion rates
Revenue
Sales
Return on investment
